Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on the order value and delivery location. Orders over $200CAD qualify for free shipping within Canada and the U.S. We also do promotional events offering free shipping regardless of order value, although rare.
Standard shipping rates apply for orders below that threshold.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary:
Canada: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days.
USA: Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S.?

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment through our courier partner's website.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for returns.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact us at info@valentinasdiamonds.com with your order number. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within the 30-day return window. Contact our team to arrange the exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. This must be proven within a reasonable time frame or package reception. 

Do you offer gift returns?

 

Yes, we accept returns for gifted items if they meet our return policy criteria. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
