Ring Sizing Guide (Metric - U.S.A & Canada)

How to Find Your Ring Size (Chart Below)

Option 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own

  1. Take a ring that fits the desired finger.
  2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm) using a ruler or caliper.
  3. Match the diameter measurement to the sizing chart below.

Option 2: Measure Your Finger Directly

  1. Cut a strip of paper or use a soft measuring tape.
  2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger (not too tight).
  3. Mark where the ends meet and measure the length of the strip in millimeters (this is the circumference).
  4. Match the circumference to the sizing chart below.

Tips for Accuracy

  • Measure your finger at the end of the day, as fingers may swell.
  • Avoid measuring cold fingers, as they can be smaller.
  • If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
