What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, contact us at info@valentinasdiamonds.com with your order number. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Returns may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee up to a maximum of $40 flat rate, beyond that we will not charge a higher restocking fee. This fee would be deducted from your refunded amount.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within the 30-day return window. Contact our team to arrange the exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Are sale items eligible for returns?
Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. This must be proven within a reasonable time frame or package reception.
Do you offer gift returns?
Yes, we accept returns for gifted items if they meet our return policy criteria. Refunds will be issued as store credit or refunded to original payment (your choice). All orders must be shipped back to Valentina's at the customer's discretion.
